Antoine Yeprem

Antoine Yeprem is a Senior Project Manager and a CRE due diligence consultant at Partner’s Hamburg, Germany office, specializing in technical due diligence, transaction advisory, and capital planning for institutional real estate investors and lenders. He supports acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing assignments, and portfolio transactions across office, logistics, retail, residential, and mixed-use assets.

His experience includes Building Condition Assessments, lifecycle cost analysis, technical risk allocation, and ESG strategy, helping clients make informed investment and asset management decisions. He is also fluent in English, German, and Armenian.

Before joining Partner, Antoine held advisory and project management roles with CBRE and AECOM, where he supported large-scale real estate and infrastructure programs throughout Europe.
