She has significant experience in due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), as well as customized client formats. Specifically, Ms. Bailey has performed numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens, Radon Studies, Construction Progress Monitoring, NPDES Stormwater Monitoring and Final Construction Inspections.
