Chris Corduan, PE

Chris Corduan, PE, is a Senior Project Manager for the Construction Services team at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner). His role at Partner consists of writing and reviewing Document & Cost Reviews, and Construction Progress Monitoring reports for a variety of clients.

Mr. Corduan has performed more than 800 Property Condition Assessments, Construction Plan and Cost Reviews, Construction Loan Monitoring, and Probable Maximum Loss studies (seismic assessments) of multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. He has provided services to a diverse range of clients such as local and regional banks, investment banks, life insurance companies, Developers and Property Owners, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac Lenders and brokers.
