As Senior Vice President of the largest construction risk management firm in Nevada, Debra Vogel is responsible for marketing and business development; maintaining a large client base consisting of lenders, credit unions, borrowers, developers and general contractors; managing, overseeing and training a staff of 10 people; staff recruitment and evaluation of internal processes; and managing company revenue.
She leverages over 30 years of experience across the gamut of construction risk management services, including Funds Control and Disbursement, Construction Progress Monitoring (CPM), Inspection Services, Voucher Control, and Pre-construction Feasibility. Ms. Vogel has disbursed and balanced a portfolio of projects totaling over $1 Billion dollars, and regularly manages over 100 working files. Combining a strong accounting background and exemplary customer service, Ms. Vogel reviews, issues, and authorizes contracts that comply with NRS 627, NRS 645A and NRS 108 regulations, in addition to client-specific risk tolerance guidelines. She is an authorized signor on all company trust accounts.
