With more than ten years in the environmental and engineering industry, Jacob “Jake” Wegleitner serves as a relationship manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Having personally performed hundreds of assessments, Mr. Wegleitner’s areas of expertise include Phase I ESAs, Phase II ESAs, PCAs, and Construction Services. Additionally, he has experience with Fannie Mae scope PNAs and ESAs. Mr. Wegleitner draws on his unique experience to provide his clients with relied-upon consulting for all aspects of commercial real estate throughout North America.
