Jessica Ryan, PE has 11 years of experience in the environmental and service industries. Specifically, Ms. Ryan has conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II and III Subsurface Investigations, Site Characterizations, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, Remedial Cost Estimating, and Remediation Design Projects. She has significant experience in due diligence requirements including ASTM standards, USEPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), and customized client formats. She has designed and implemented hundreds of subsurface investigations for due diligence and liability purposes for a wide range of property types including: industrial manufacturing facilities, drug manufacturing facilities, gas stations, bulk petroleum facilities, auto repair facilities, dry cleaners, former agricultural properties, multifamily residential buildings, shopping centers, and multi-tenant commercial office complexes.
