Kelly Javier, MBA, is a seasoned director with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence and building high-performing teams in the consulting industry. With more than 15 years in the industry, as a leader at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc., she has played a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing internal processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Kelly is known for her collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of how to scale service delivery in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Her background in business and consulting positions her as a trusted advisor and impactful leader across disciplines.
Kelly is the current director of CLRM. An industry association for those in the construction finance space. She has been involved with the association since it was founded more than a decade ago. This group’s membership is comprised of lenders, investors, attorneys, and many commercial real estate professionals in the construction finance space.
