Ken Sliter serves as Client Development Director for the Owners’ Representation group at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., based in Dallas, Texas. With more than 30 years of combined experience spanning business development, construction program management, and general contracting, Mr. Sliter partners with Fortune 500 clients to deliver strategic development, construction, and facility solutions across large-scale retail and restaurant portfolios. He is recognized for driving operational growth, strengthening client partnerships, and leading complex, multi-site initiatives that support long-term portfolio expansion and operational efficiency.
Mr. Sliter brings extensive expertise in multi-unit development, capital project execution, and national program management. Throughout his career, he has overseen portfolios comprising thousands of projects and hundreds of millions of dollars in cumulative investment. His experience includes leadership of geographically dispersed teams responsible for managing more than 5,600 projects annually across all 50 states and Puerto Rico. He has successfully directed high-volume remodel and maintenance programs in active retail environments while maintaining strict adherence to budget, schedule, and brand standards.
A collaborative leader and trusted advisor, Mr. Sliter works closely with executive stakeholders, landlords, franchise organizations, and cross-functional teams to optimize rollout strategies, improve operational coordination, and enhance project delivery. He is highly skilled in identifying process improvements and implementing standardized reporting and technology-driven solutions that increase scalability and efficiency across national programs.
Mr. Sliter combines hands-on construction and facilities expertise with a strategic business development mindset to help clients maximize return on investment and improve customer experience. His experience includes retail and restaurant remodels, operational refresh initiatives, restroom renovations, MEP upgrades, store painting programs, and capital improvement projects executed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
