Lawrence P. Spaulding Jr., LEED AP, a Construction Services Management Consultant, serves as a Managing Director of Construction Services for Partner Engineering & Science Inc.’s White Plains, New York office, responsible for the management of cost consulting services, focusing on cost analysis and construction risk management related to the adequacy, reasonableness, and risks associated with construction budgets, contracts, and scheduling.
Spaulding is a trusted and proven professional with 26 years of consulting experience working for successful and respected firms in the real estate and construction lending community. He previously helped create, grow, and manage an internal cost analysis group to standardize the evaluation and risk assessment of construction budgets and schedules for a variety of clients including construction lending institutions and equity investors.
Spaulding has managed construction cost due diligence processes on thousands of construction developments throughout the country, with cost consulting experience on a wide assortment of residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality-related projects, ranging in size from $3-million renovations to $2-billion mixed-use new construction developments.
