Marissa Jones, EP

Marrissa Jones is a Client Manager and Lead Project Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) with a focus on multifamily residential sites for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, and various other tax credit agency loans. Jones manages multiple scopes, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessment Reports, Seismic Risk Assessments, and Zoning Reports, and coordinates required Industrial Hygiene sampling, such as radon, lead-based paint, and asbestos. Ms. Jones’s technical background is in environmental due diligence work, including Phase Is, regulatory database reviews, risk assessments, Phase IIs, and remediation work, which has provided her with the necessary skills and experience to accurately perform and review assessments for risks.
