Ms. Gracia is a Program Manager at Partner Energy, supporting energy efficiency and sustainability projects with a focus on multifamily properties. She assists developers, lenders, property managers, architects and contractors with services that help clients comply with the sustainability requirements in commercial real estate (CRE) lending and tax incentive programs.
Ms. Gracia’s experience with affordable and market-rate multifamily properties gives her a deep understanding of the requirements in these programs and how clients can qualify. She has managed a high volume of agency green lending reports through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) using both internal and subcontract labor. She also manages projects for clients pursuing low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) funds and utility rebate and incentive programs in multiple states.
Ms. Gracia is active in conferences and events, and has joined panels to share best practices in sustainability and energy efficiency for multifamily properties. She is a trusted advisor with expertise in agency green lending programs, LIHTC, and utility incentive programs.
