Neil Yodnane has been an essential contributor to Partner’s growing Chicago market and has created a productive working environment based on the core values he developed during his 15 years in the environmental consulting industry. As Operations Manager for the Central Region, he is responsible for the supervision and recruitment of technical staff, project allocation, and strategical planning for growing markets. His sphere of influence covers 18 states and his management roster currently includes over 40 employees. In addition, he maintains a senior project management role for various clients. His diversified skill set perfectly complements the wide variety of Partner project and client types. He is familiar with all aspects of Property Condition Assessments and the needs and requirements of multiple reporting standards, including ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and customized client formats.
Specifically, Mr. Yodnane has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Enviromental Transaction Screens, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Regulatory Compliance Assessments, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Probable Maximum Loss Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, Lead-Based Paint Surveys, Radon Studies, and Lead-In-Water sampling and analyses. He has also performed wetland delineation for National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) projects and has 5 years of experience performing GIS projects.
