Nikki McPherson

Nikki McPherson serves as a Team Lead and Project Manager for the IAG group in Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. She has managed, reviewed, and conducted site reconnaissance for a significant number of Equity Property Condition Assessments under ASTM guidelines, along with customized client formats. She has been a project manager of 1300+ projects with a book of $9.9M since 2020.

Before joining Partner, Ms. McPherson worked for an independent due diligence firm as a Site Assessor, Energy Audit assessor, and Client Manager. Ms. McPherson also spent 20 years in Resource and Supply Chain Management in Pharmacy and Semiconductors.
