Ms. Wheat brings 20 years of client service excellence in the land surveying and commercial real estate business to her role as Sr. Project Manager for Partner’s Land Surveying Coordination group. Her responsibilities include overseeing delivery of survey projects, streamlining workflows and communications, managing data collection and documentation, and training and mentoring staff.
Ms. Wheat has a track record of applying her deep knowledge of the business environment for operational scalability and efficiencies. Her expertise encompasses establishing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing competing survey deadlines for large portfolios and coordinating and disseminating information among stakeholder groups.
Prior to joining Partner, Ms. Wheat was Project Manager for Commercial Due Diligence Services, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company. She was instrumental in setting-up project management processes for the company’s new practice.
