Offira Gabbay is an environmental professional with over 16 years of experience in real estate due diligence and environmental compliance. Her expertise spans desktop environmental compliance reviews, environmental management plan development, and field-level compliance audits, with a focus on hazardous materials management. Ms. Gabbay’s diverse portfolio includes a variety of projects ranging from large manufacturing facilities to specialized industrial sites. She holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health & Policy from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health. She holds extensive knowledge of complex regulatory environments across the nation, including California’s stringent regulations and international projects.
She has reviewed hundreds of Property Condition Assessments and performed over 1,500 Property Condition and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments throughout the United States, on a wide array of property types. Projects have included high-rise, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, warehouse, multi-family residential, student housing, senior housing, mobile home parks, and vacant land. Ms. Gabbay has worked with a wide array of lenders, developers, and owners, and is experienced in client communications and addressing client concerns promptly.
Additional professional field experience includes limited asbestos surveys, radon testing, mold inspections/sampling, indoor air quality testing, and lead-based paint surveys.
