Pamela J. Boyd has over 40 years of experience in roof consulting. As Director of the Roof Asset Management Program at Partner, Pam collects valuable data acquired in the field and uses it as industry baselines in Due Diligence and Construction Inspection Services. Pam has inspected the roofs of High Tech, R & D, Commercial, Industrial, Low to High-Rise, Apartments and Shopping Centers as well as every conceivable roofing system, in 38 states. Pam is the liaison between the property owners, managers, roof service providers, and shares her experience and insights with clients and other engineering professionals.
Pam is a member of the American Society of Testing Materials and IIBEC, and was a charter member of the Roof Consultants Institute.
