Paul D. DeMicco, R.A., LEED AP, serves as a Managing Director in Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Construction Services Group, where he leads client management and oversees quality assurance/quality control for Construction Risk Management services provided to institutional lenders and equity investors, with a focus on non-market risks.
He brings over 44 years of experience across all phases of architectural design and construction. His expertise includes project management oversight, encompassing the review of design and construction contracts; evaluation and approval of drawings and specifications; oversight of construction cost estimates and schedules; review and approval of change orders; coordination of municipal approvals; and monitoring of quality control programs to ensure compliance with project documents.
In his recent roles, Mr. DeMicco has been responsible for management, proposal development, scheduling, staff training, supervision, and quality control review. He has also prepared comprehensive Construction Risk Assessment Reports and monitored both new construction and renovation projects nationwide.
