Ralph J. Orlando, PE is the East Coast Division President. With over 45 years of experience, Mr. Orlando specializes in land development, civil engineering design, management and executive leadership. In his leadership role, Mr. Orlando is responsible for strategic business planning, business development, marketing initiatives, opportunity forecasting, and the oversight of a team of National Client Managers and Practice Leaders.

During his career he has provided engineering and development expertise in responsible charge of over 5000 development, redevelopment, or reuse type  projects including  more than 50 thousand units of residential housing, 20 million sq. feet of warehouse and industrial building space, 30 million sq. ft. of office and retail space, as well as new and expanded hospitals and medical system facilities, public and private schools and university projects, assisted living and congregate care facilities, housing for seniors and active adults, parks and recreational facilities, flood control projects, infrastructure improvements for State Highways, County and Municipal roadway expansions, as well as utility infrastructure system enhancements  to support an improved quality of life for residences and businesses throughout the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
