Stanley Rutkowski is the East Coast Environmental Technical Director and is in charge of the company’s Phase I ESA Training Program. He is also the Framingham, Massachusetts Office Manager. Mr. Rutkowski provides senior review expertise and staff training to ensure ASTM and AAI compliance and satisfaction of client requirements for Phase I ESAs, TSAs and desktop reviews. His responsibilities include: project oversight, staff and contractor supervision, employee training and technical assistance, report review, and client management. In addition, he is responsible for establishing and implementing environmental due diligence policy and procedure, template modification, and research and development of resources to improve the quality and efficiency of Partner’s reports and staff.
