Terence Haynes has a respectable amount of knowledge, primarily in the environmental and engineering due diligence consulting industries. His responsibilities include managing Partner’s San Juan, Puerto Rico office and fieldwork, including Solar Consulting, Industrial Hygiene, and Hospitality Due Diligence Services. Mr. Haynes performs project management functions and also works as a Relationship Manager providing consulting services and solutions to a variety of clients.

Mr. Haynes has worked on numerous large-scope projects including commercial with known historical auto-repair shops and associated petroleum underground tanks. He also works diligently with state and local regulatory agencies to obtain environmentally significant documents regarding tank removal and subsurface investigations performed onsite.
