Terence Haynes has a respectable amount of knowledge, primarily in the environmental and engineering due diligence consulting industries. His responsibilities include managing Partner’s Fort Lauderdale office and fieldwork, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and Environmental Transaction Screens for a variety of sites from mixed-use high-rise buildings, dry cleaners, storage units, industrial warehouses, gas stations, and multi-tenant commercial/residential complexes. Mr. Haynes performs project management functions and also works as a Relationship Manager providing consulting services and solutions to a variety of clients.
Mr. Haynes has worked on numerous large-scope projects including commercial with known historical auto-repair shops and associated petroleum underground tanks. He also works diligently with state and local regulatory agencies to obtain environmentally significant documents regarding tank removal and subsurface investigations performed onsite.
