About

Mrs. Stephens is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and has over 12 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. Mrs. Stephens has been responsible for all aspects of environmental project management including work plan preparation, field investigation, technical review, regulatory communication and reporting, budgeting, and client communication.  She is well-versed in environmental investigation and remediation specializing in New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) regulations from Preliminary Assessment (PA) through Response Action Outcome (RAO) and post-RAO permitting. Remediation for soil and/or groundwater has included in situ remediation systems, chemical oxidation injections, institutional controls, and excavations.  She is adept at soil and groundwater sampling including underground storage tank (UST) abandonment, sampling and removal supervision.  Sites under Mrs. Stephens’s purview have spanned from initial release to No Further Action determination (or equivalent) by applicable regulatory entities.

More specifically, Mrs. Stephens has worked with the NJDEP, New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and New York City Office of Environmental Remediation (OER), Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP), and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
