Ms. Gross is a Senior Project Manager for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) with more than 25 years of experience with architecture, construction, and engineering assessments. Ms. Gross has spent the last 19 years in the real estate services consulting industry, performing more than 1,700 Property Condition Assessments (debt reports) and Property Condition Evaluations (equity reports). She has reviewed and supervised over 1200 Property Condition Assessments, Property Condition Evaluations, ADA Remediation Reports and other due diligence related reports including Peer/Desk Reviews of property assessments since 2011.
In the course of her career, Wendy Gross has amassed an intricate understanding of the various site and building components that make up a property and the types of issues that arise in each of these systems. She has reviewed properties of virtually every description, including commercial retail centers, regional malls, warehouses, research and development facilities, low, mid and high-rise office buildings, medical office buildings, multi-family (including low-income housing), hospitals, hospitality, healthcare and congregational living.
