AJ Nosek Joins Partner

Partner has announced that AJ Nosek has joined the firm as a National Client Manager. In this role, Mr. Nosek will be assisting our banking clients with risk management programs as they pertain to environmental, engineering, construction, and other physical asset risks. Applying suitable solutions to the client’s intended purpose, expectation and risk exposure in any transaction will be his focus within the organization. He combines his business background and education with technical knowledge and experience for managing lender due diligence services with a variety of real estate lending clients including SBA, community, regional, and national lenders.

Mr. Nosek is fully versed in the management of lender services, including environmental service, construction monitoring, policy design, energy efficiency, and appraisal compliance services. His broad range of environmental and engineering expertise allows him to offer assessments and review services tailored to the client’s need, whether a streamlined review or more comprehensive due diligence is warranted. And, if necessary, Mr. Nosek can suggest remedial cost estimates for compliant and affordable solutions. Beyond lenders, Mr. Nosek will offer his services to a variety of clients including developers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, CDCs, individual property owners and public clients, all of whom he has experience with.

In addition, Mr. Nosek’s experience spans into the appraisal and policy world, where he has provided policy consulting and review compliance services including appraisal reviews, portfolio reviews, transactional screening, and external bidding procedures. The appraisal review and valuation solutions provide qualified, independent, compliant solutions for lending clients, meeting interagency guidelines. He has a deep understanding of commercial appraisal interagency guideline compliance including review, evaluation, and policy development.

Mr. Nosek earned his MBA in Marketing at D’Youville College and is also a graduate of State University of New York Empire State where he earned is BS in Management. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Appraisal Institute. In his spare time, he is an On-Ice official for USA hockey, NCAA and ACHA ice hockey.

In a former life, Mr. Nosek was a production manager for artists such as Fall Out Boy and Gavin DeGraw, where he honed his skills in dealing with highly demanding and picky clientele. “He’s a rock star in more than one sense of the word—we’re excited to have him,” said Kitzke, Director of Operations at Partner.
