Amanda Horan, a seasoned sales executive with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, has joined Partner as a National Client Manager in its Chicago office. With a diverse background including engineering and environmental due diligence, construction risk management, building technology consulting, brokerage, financial and title services, Ms. Horan is a significant addition to Partner’s national client relationship management team.

Known for a high degree of professionalism and dependability, Ms. Horan serves clients nationally as well as in the greater Chicago area. Leveraging her keen understanding of various stakeholder needs, she advises notable investors, lenders, brokers, and developers such as CA Ventures, JP Morgan Chase, Prudential, CBRE Capital Markets, CBRE Property Management & GWS, Berkadia, Trammell Crow, and Inland Private Capital. Whether for a single property or a 100+ site portfolio, Ms. Horan assembles a multidisciplinary team of specialists to address each property’s and client’s specific needs.
Ms. Horan will also help expand Partner’s focus on connecting real estate investors and owners to new opportunities for revenue and tenant satisfaction through building technology enhancements.
