FRAMINGHAM, MA – November 10, 2017 – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. proudly welcomes Ellen Roberts, senior engineer and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) expert. Ms. Roberts, joined our team earlier this month, where she will serve as a Project Manager with a HUD and Equity Property Condition Assessment (PCA) focus.
“Ms. Roberts is an excellent addition to our technical staff in the Boston/ Framingham, MA office, including: Licensed Site Professional (LSP) Tom Campbell, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Doug Lawson, architect and equity PCA and construction risk management expert, Doug Murray, and senior Due Diligence professionals, Stan Rutkowski and Sarah Morrissey,” said Partner Principal, and Boston centered National Client Manager, Elizabeth Krol (PG). “Ms. Roberts brings to Partner a 20-year resume of conducting both Property Condition Assessments and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Industrial Hygiene projects.”
Most recently, Ms. Roberts was a senior engineer at EBI Consulting where she specialized in conducting various engineering and environmental assessments for various programs with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) including HUD MAP, HUD LEAN, and GREEN Physical Needs Assessments (GPNA). This included preparing GPNA reports utilizing the HUD GPNA Tool. In addition to completing over 1,000 Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Surveys, Ms. Roberts has experience conducting Roof Condition Reports, Building Envelope Evaluations, and Equity Evaluations.
