
Under the umbrella of NCR, the main service offerings are wetlands, floodplain, and biological consulting (natural resources); historical architecture, cultural and archeological services (cultural resources); and NEPA/State Environmental Policy Acts (SEPA). These services are essential for the development of green parcels, telecom sites, and for projects under the governance of all branches of government (such as HUD, USDA, FEMA, DOT, etc.) prior to undertaking any major federal action that significantly affects the environment. As regulations to preserve natural and cultural resources continue to evolve these services (both in the planning and project execution phases) will become increasingly important to ensure that proper consideration is given to the natural environment and cultural resources.
