Based in Dallas, TX, Hansen’s focus will be on furthering Partner’s Thought Leadership program, which aims to provide education and stimulate discussion to improve best practices across the industry. Hansen will apply her extensive experience working with clients across the lender, investment, and property management space to address and advise on common questions and issues through a number of business development and client education initiatives to existing and new clients.

With 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Hansen has managed all aspects of due diligence and ensuring high-quality and responsive customer service to meet diverse client needs. Hansen brings to Partner extensive experience working with financial and real estate clients throughout the country, including nationwide and local commercial developers, mortgage brokers, real estate brokers, individual property owners, and a wide variety of financial institutions, from agency lenders such as SBA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to private equity and insurance lenders.
At Partner, Hansen will utilize her deep knowledge of the environmental and engineering due diligence industry, as well as of the unique services offered by the firm’s Building Engineering practice to educate her extensive professional network on the value of a multi-disciplinary approach to addressing risk and optimizing return on investment during CRE transactions. Particularly, this comprehensive yet targeted approach aids Hansen in focusing on Equity level Property Condition Assessments and property management.
As Hansen explains, “I am looking forward to my new role here at Partner, where I can focus on client education though a myriad of channels, including webinars, blogging and articles. The commercial real estate industry is evolving and being able to provide information to keep our clients abreast of changes and one step ahead of challenges is a value I look forward to delivering.”
Hansen graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Business. She has received training in the Americans with Disabilities Act through the Commercial Real Estate Institute and in commercial lending thought the American Institute of Banking.
