Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. welcomes Linda Rosenberg to the firm as Director of Customer Success, based in the Los Angeles area.
In her role, Rosenberg partners closely with clients to achieve measurable results through strategic program development, proactive engagement, and value-added solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, and compliance. She collaborates across Partner’s Environmental, Energy, Engineering, and Construction practices to connect clients with the expertise, data, and insights needed to support informed real estate and operational decisions. At Partner, Rosenberg leads initiatives that deliver actionable client insights through SiteLynx®, the Partner platform, while developing programs that enhance customer value and maximize return on investment.

Prior to joining Partner, Rosenberg served as Senior Client Advisor at California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC), where she supported hundreds of manufacturers across industries, including aerospace and defense, food and beverage, clean technology, biomedical, and metal fabrication. Her work included leading multidisciplinary initiatives related to EHS compliance, energy efficiency, risk mitigation, productivity, quality improvement, and workforce development.
Rosenberg brings more than 30 years of cross-industry experience, including leadership roles with Nestlé, ConAgra Foods, and Red Bull, as well as consulting engagements across manufacturing, technology, healthcare, financial services, insurance, and real estate. She has advised organizations on improving business performance, profitability, and sustainability, contributing to more than $250 million in client-reported sales growth and over $50 million in cost savings.

Rosenberg is known for her collaborative approach, responsiveness, and ability to align strategy with execution. Outside of her professional work, she has generated more than $650,000 in volunteer fundraising in support of education and cancer-related causes.
Rosenberg earned a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and studied at the Universidad de Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain. She currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the UC Irvine SMART Industrial Assessment Center and collaborates closely with public and private-sector partners, including the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), the California Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), and multiple municipalities. In recognition of her leadership and impact, Rosenberg has been honored with the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women’s Leadership Award.
