In this Livonia, MI project, Partner provided engineering and environmental due diligence services for a 1M SF warehouse project. On September 28, 2024, California’s Governor approved Bill AB2579. Passed by the Assembly and Senate, AB2579 will extend the deadline for the initial California Senate Bill SB721 balcony inspection to January 1, 2026. This extension helps owners and operators who are struggling to complete inspections on time.
