Former Head of EMG Brings Decades of Experience to Partner’s Strategic Advisory Board

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is proud to announce the appointment of Nestor Benavides to its Strategic Advisory Board. As a former CEO of EMG Corporation and executive at Bureau Veritas, Benavides brings decades of industry and leadership experience and will contribute his perspective on business strategy, alignment, and execution.

In his advisory capacity, Benavides will leverage his extensive experience to advise and guide Partner in achieving its strategic objectives. His mission at Partner encompasses fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence at all organizational levels, reflecting his commitment to leadership development.

Notably, Nestor Benavides served as head of EMG for 12 years, during which the company experienced substantial growth under his leadership. Following EMG’s acquisition by Bureau Veritas in 2018, Benavides assumed the role of CEO of their Building Assessments & Project Management Group. Benavides also brings a wealth of leadership experience from diverse sectors such as product management, research and development, technology startups and non-profit boards, as well as nearly a decade of project engineering experience at Proctor & Gamble. Throughout his career, he has consistently championed leadership best practices, emphasizing the power of people and developing robust processes and systems to scale enterprises.

Benavides earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and attended an M.B.A. program at Johns Hopkins University.
