Partner Announces Hiring of Kati MacGregor as Senior Team Operations Lead & Project Manager 

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Kati MacGregor as Project Manager, Senior Team Operations Lead, effective immediately. 

With nearly 20 years of extensive experience in environmental and engineering due diligence across the real estate and telecommunications industries, Ms. MacGregor brings proven expertise in client relationship management, project execution, and business development to Partner’s growing team of professionals.

Throughout her career, Ms. MacGregor has demonstrated exceptional ability in cultivating and maintaining key client relationships while simultaneously managing complex projects nationwide. Her expertise spans working with diverse clients including real estate developers, investment bankers, mortgage lenders, telecommunications carriers, and environmental attorneys. 

Prior to joining Partner, Ms. MacGregor served as an Account Executive at EBI Consulting, where she successfully built a book of business totaling $4.5 million annually. Her extensive experience also includes roles as a Client Support Manager and Client Account Coordinator, where she managed thousands of project assignments while ensuring high-quality, responsive customer service. 

In her new role at Partner, Ms. MacGregor will oversee operational excellence for senior team initiatives while managing critical client projects. Her appointment underscores Partner’s commitment to enhancing client service capabilities and strengthening operational expertise.
