Partner Appoints Jenny Redlin to Chief Experience Officer, Further Sharpening Focus on Client Experience

January 7, 2025 (Torrance, CA) – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has tapped one of its original principals, Jenny Redlin, to become its first Chief Experience Officer (CXO) in an expansion of its long-time commitment to provide world-class customer service and an unrivaled client experience. Ms. Redlin has been a top National Client Manager and executive since Partner’s founding in 2007, consistently providing top-tier services to her clients. As CXO, she will bring the same dedication she has shown in managing her own book of business to her new mission of further elevating the client experience company wide.

As CXO, Ms. Redlin’s mission includes working with the sales, project, and technical teams to implement and evolve best practices, as well as expanding and refining training, processes, and infrastructure that supports client experience. Included in this programmatic approach is a focus on maintaining and further improving the seamless experience when clients order multiple services from Partner. She will also work with the marketing team to conduct client surveys and ensure a continual feedback and improvement focus, among other things.
