(DEI) engaged Partner Engineering and Science to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments during their acquisition of six large office properties from Arden Realty. Partner’s Phase I ESAs were required on an expedited schedule and required environmental and industrial hygiene professional services. Partner’s project manager was Monique Burrola, REA and Joseph Derhake, PE, served as the Principle-in-Charge of the engagement.
The six large office buildings were valued at $610 million and included 1.4 million square foot of office space in Los Angeles submarkets. This transaction was one of the largest transactions in California to date in 2008.
