Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) has increased our national Environmental Solutions Group offerings through key hires and an overall hiring push. With nearly a dozen environmental experts hired in the past 18 months, Partner’s Environmental Solutions team is now comprised of over 40 experienced professionals spanning coast to coast. With hubs in California, New Jersey, Florida, and the Great Lakes Region, our team of certified and licensed environmental staff – which includes Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists and Hydrogeologists, and environmental professionals – can provide the full suite of services required to investigate, manage, mitigate and/or remediate environmentally impaired properties through regulatory closure across the country.
The addition of these professionals has increased the group’s ability to further service our clients with site characterization and remediation, brownfield redevelopment, regulatory agency negotiations, remedial cost estimating and transaction negotiations, litigation support and expert witness services, and environmental regulatory compliance.
In addition to our existing Environmental Solutions team, Partner has acquired these key hires in the industry:
Robert Anderson, PG, EP (MI) – Senior Project Manager with 30 years of experience responsible for environmental project development associated with soil, groundwater, and vapor assessment and remediation, Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs) and Due Care Plans (DCPs), as well as industrial hygiene services such as asbestos, lead based paint, hazardous materials, and demolition program management. Mr. Anderson serves as the senior Environmental Solutions lead in Michigan.
David Hunter, PG, RSM (SC) – With over 30 years in the environmental industry, Mr. Hunter has diverse environmental and consulting experience and a reputation for achieving client-focused outcomes. He manages projects with complex environmental, natural resource, and facility conditions utilizing innovative methods and providing accurate information for client or regulatory audiences. Environmental due diligence, assessment and remediation, environmental compliance, industrial hygiene, natural resources, geology and hydrogeology are his skill sets. Mr. Hunter is the Southeast Regional Director for our Environmental Solutions team.
David Lutz, PG (IL) – Mr. Lutz has over 15 years of experience in environmental due diligence, environmental subsurface investigations, geotechnical evaluations, remedial design and implementation, and facility decommissioning/demolition. He is experienced in mergers and acquisition due diligence, multi-media compliance/systems audits, multi-media site mitigation and redevelopment; corrective action compliance tracking and closure; site investigation/assessment planning and oversight, remedial cost estimation, hazardous waste/facility decommissioning, and waste minimization/source reduction programs. Mr. Lutz is the Central Regional Director for our Environmental Solutions team.
Richard J. Wozmak, PE, PH, LSP, LEP (NH) – Mr. Wozmak has over 25 years of experience investigating and remediating environmental media contamination caused by releases of hazardous substances and petroleum products under both federal and state environmental regulations. Mr. Wozmak has developed and implemented numerous hydrogeologic, hazardous waste investigation, and corrective action plans in the United States encompassing source delineation and characterization; ground water flow and dissolved contaminant fate and transport modeling; evaluation of impacts and risk to human and environmental receptors; evaluation, design, and operation of remedial technologies; and state and federal environmental regulatory compliance. Mr. Wozmak, EndPoint’s founder and principal, now joins our team through Partner’s recent acquisition of EndPoint. He will continue to serve his clients and support our Environmental Solutions team in the northeast region from New Hampshire.
Levi Langevin, LSRP (NJ) – Mr. Langevin has over 15 years of experience with site investigations, remediation, and regulatory compliance and has returned to his Partner team after a brief hiatus. Projects managed range from initial phases of site investigation to closure and final compliance with regulatory agencies. Mr. Langevin is experienced in Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and a comprehensive range of Remedial Actions throughout various State regulatory programs. Such remedial actions include design and implementation of full-scale multi-media remediation system builds, in-situ chemical remediation designs and implementation, remedial excavations, and vapor mitigation systems. We are thrilled to have Mr. Langevin back at Partner where he serves as one of our senior Environmental Solutions leads out of our Eatontown, NJ office.
