El Segundo, CA — Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has entered into a professional affiliation with London‐based GO Contaminated Land Solutions Ltd. In order to serve a growing list of clients with international real estate assessment requirements, announced President Joseph Derhake, PE.
Both Partner and GO have established track records of delivering high-quality environmental services for a variety of clients including real estate investors, developers, and lenders. Partner and GO have very compatible environmental service practices—from initial assessments for potential contamination to subsurface investigations and remediation services—and compatible philosophies of listening to their clients and understanding their needs. Each is also an expert in the applicable USA and UK statutory requirements.
By working together, companies with interests on both sides of the Atlantic will be afforded cost‐effective services delivered by professionals familiar with their local environment.
Partner is also in talks with additional potential affiliates to offer energy evaluations, building inspections, and environmental services throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
