TORRANCE, CA — Partner is pleased to announce that Marc Goldberg has joined the firm as the Chief Financial Officer of Partner Engineering and Science Inc. (Partner), effective September, 2015. In this role, Goldberg will lead the finance, planning, accounting, treasury, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and other related functions of the organization.

He will bring an important perspective to our management’s strategic decision making process. His experience in portfolio analysis, budgeting & forecasting, capital investment, and M&A will be critical to our future domestic and international growth and industry leadership,” said Joe Derhake, CEO of Partner.
Goldberg has 13 years of professional experience and has held a number of finance positions, most recently at Parsons Corporation, a $3 billion global engineering and construction firm. Prior to joining Partner, Goldberg served as the Assistant Treasurer of Parsons Corporation and the Director of Finance of Parsons Transportation Group. In addition to his involvement in strategic initiatives, capital structure transactions, financial planning, credit and liquidity management, and risk analysis, Goldberg was also part of the M&A team which contributed to a number of strategic investments in the transportation, defense/security, and environmental space.

Goldberg holds a bachelor’s degree in business-economics with a minor in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
