In 2007, Partner was founded in Los Angeles as a start-up with only eight employees. Today, Partner has 39 offices and over 950 employees in several countries.
While this list recognizes growth from 2017 to 2019, Partner is continuing to grow in 2020 despite the economic and real estate challenges from the pandemic. Since July 2020, Partner has hired 120 new employees.
Derhake said “We’ve grown every year of our company’s existence, recession or not. Investing in people is powerful if you take it seriously.”

Our clients continue to trust our firm to support their projects due to Partner’s industry-leading talent. This year, Partner hired respected industry veteran Bob Barone who established due diligence and construction risk management practices for the CRE industry.
Partner also continues to grow our service offerings to fully support CRE properties for their entire life cycle. This year, Partner invested in roof consulting to provide services that will extend the lifespan of CRE roofs and preserve the warranty.
