Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) has long provided expert consulting services to government institutions at all levels and earlier this year, Partner took another proactive step in furthering our reach into the public sector, when we hired Betsy Miller as our Technical Director for Government Services – Southwest. Betsy joined the Partner team in the spring and has since recruited several key Government Services team members. As an environmental expert and a Phoenix local, Ms. Miller has a keen insight into where and how Partner could best serve the needs of City and State agencies throughout Arizona. Last week, Partner was thrilled to receive the first, of what we hope is many, contract awards throughout the state with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). Partner was one of just nine firms awarded the Statewide Asbestos and Lead Consultant (ADEQ18-186322) Contract.
This contract, authorized under A.R.S. 41-2501, provides asbestos and lead consulting services for all state agencies, boards, and commissions, as well as participating purchasing cooperative members (collectively, the Eligible Agencies).
In short, this contract identifies Partner as a fully vetted, qualified vendor, poised and positioned to provide the following services on an on-demand basis: Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Investigation/Remediation and/or Abatement, environmental engineering services, environmental training, air engineering services, industrial hygiene/indoor air quality and microbial services, and environmental assessment/impact statements.
