Partner is pleased to welcome Calvin R. Schreiner as Program Manager in our Integrated Facility Solutions Practice. Mr. Schreiner is a respected commercial real estate expert with over 40 years of experience in design, construction, acquisition, and assessment of all types of commercial buildings. Over the course of his career, he has been a project owner, contractor, and consultant, adding a well-rounded perspective to his deep knowledge base.
According to Mike Bock, Partner’s Managing Director of Building Envelope Solutions, “When you get a chance to bring on a real veteran like Cal, you do it. He’s worked every angle of our business and has seen it all when it comes to construction. Our clients will benefit from the insight and knowledge he’ll bring to the team. Plus, he’s been on the client side as well as the contractor side, so he’ll be a great liaison.”
From his office in Denver, Mr. Schreiner will manage national accounts for Partner’s Integrated Facilities Services Group, leveraging the capabilities of the Facility Condition Assessment, Building Envelope, Mechanical/ Engineering/Plumbing, and Structural Engineering Solutions teams to support clients.
“I think I can help Partner’s clients most with problem solving,” Mr. Schreiner said. “If they have issues with existing properties, chances are I’ve seen it and dealt with it before. Whether we’re talking roofs, parking lots, façade systems—I’ll have a good idea how to approach and correct the issue.”
Before joining Partner, Mr. Schreiner served as a national account manager for the largest roofing contractor in the United States and operated his own consulting firm supporting the acquisition and construction efforts of commercial real estate clients. He spent over 20 years with Prologis, the largest owner of industrial property in the world with over a billion square feet of property. As First Vice President and Head of Capital Construction Management for North and South America, he was responsible for managing the budgets, design, and construction of new Prologis buildings as well as reviewing and approving due diligence inspection reports and approving capital improvement budgets for all buildings purchased by the REIT.
When asked why he chose Partner as his professional home, Mr. Schreiner said, “With all the different experience I have—building, design, development, addressing issues, envelope, structures, fire protection—I felt like I had a wealth of knowledge not being utilized. But Partner has so many diverse practices and serves so many kinds of clients… Partner’s integrated service model means I’ll be working from a whole-facility or even whole-portfolio context, so I know I’ll be able to put that knowledge to good use.”

In March 2025, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) rescinded its 2022 directive that had imposed standardized radon testing requirements on all multifamily properties financed through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The new radon policy was effective immediately; however, the agency guidance documents would be updated at a later date.
