Partner is proud to announce the appointment of Charles Mel as the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With a remarkable track record spanning over two decades, Charles brings extensive experience as a technology leader across diverse industries, showcasing notable achievements in team leadership, process improvements, and major application development projects.

In his role at Partner, Charles will collaborate closely with the C-Suite to establish a comprehensive vision for technology-driven transformation within the organization. Mel’s most recent role as Chief Technology & Strategy Officer for a fintech company serving the single-family residential mortgage business aligns seamlessly with Partner’s vision. His expertise has been particularly attractive, considering the Mortgage Bankers Association’s focus on data standards and the forward-looking nature of residential real estate technology.
