James Wang
Program Manager
Torrance, CA – September 2025 – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. announces the addition of James Wang to its Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practice. Mr. Wang will serve as Program Manager for Partner’s EHS abatement and solutions services nationwide. In this role, he will help develop technical standards and resources to ensure that Partner’s clients have access to end-to-end EHS services, from assessments through abatement, management, and/or remediation.
Mr. Wang has over 15 years of experience in environmental solutions, most recently as Program Manager for EBI Consulting, with additional tenure at a global giant firm, WSP. His expertise includes design, implementation, and management of multi-site EHS compliance programs.
“James’ technical expertise and business acumen make him a great fit to champion our abatement and solutions services,” said Pat Lorimer, Executive Director of Integrated Environmental and Engineering Solutions at Partner. “His deep knowledge of hazardous materials oversight, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation, combined with his track record of developing effective systems and training programs, will enable him to deliver the outcomes our clients need.”
Mr. Wang has supported a range of client types in various sectors, including data centers and telecom infrastructure; investment real estate; government and public sector; and energy and utility providers. Within these diverse industries, he has worked with property owners, developers, legal advisors, and regulatory agencies to realize objectives related to regulatory compliance, risk management, emergency response, continuous improvement, sustainability, and more.
The breadth of Mr. Wang’s experience has given him a unique perspective into the market. “When most people hear of an EHS issue—whether it’s asbestos, indoor air quality, hazmat management, etcetera—they anticipate a real ordeal,” he notes. “Unfortunately, most of the industry is familiar with slow, inefficient processes involving multiple vendors. Here at Partner, we can do better: assessments and solutions under one roof for a seamless, integrated approach. Plus, we’ve got the expertise and nationwide network to provide this approach at scale. We can help our clients resolve their EHS challenges and get back to business faster.”
Mr. Wang is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton, Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science, and has numerous certifications/licenses related to hazardous substances and occupational/environmental health and safety. For more information, contact him at [email protected].
