Lauren Zangl
Relationship Manager
Chicago, IL – Partner is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren Zangl as Relationship Manager. Ms. Zangl brings a unique combination of hands-on construction experience and environmental project management expertise to her new role at Partner. With nearly four academic degrees and four years of experience as a project manager in the environmental sector, she possesses comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate (CRE) and environmental due diligence processes.
“We are thrilled to welcome Lauren to our team,” said Bob Geiger, Chief Revenue Officer at Partner. “Her diverse background spanning both field work and project management gives her a distinct perspective that will greatly benefit our clients and strengthen our service offerings.”
Ms. Zangl has built an impressive track record managing complex environmental and construction projects. Most notably, she successfully coordinated a portfolio of 150 sites for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments—the largest portfolio her previous employer had ever undertaken. Her meticulous oversight from initiation to completion demonstrated her exceptional project management capabilities.
Among her other notable achievements, Ms. Zangl led an environmental assessment of a historically significant property on Chicago’s West Side. Built in the early 1900s, this uniquely shaped, narrow rectangular building served as both a flour distribution facility and a Budweiser bottling plant, requiring specialized knowledge to address the underground storage tanks discovered during assessment.
Throughout her career, Ms. Zangl also developed strong relationships with regional banks, which comprised her top client base. This experience aligns perfectly with her new role focusing on client relationship development and management at Partner.
When asked about joining Partner, Ms. Zangl noted that she has been familiar with the company’s excellent reputation for about a decade. “After transitioning from fieldwork to client management in my previous role, I felt I was losing touch with the technical aspects that initially drew me to this industry,” Ms. Zangl explained. “What excites me most about Partner is the company’s approach to integrating sales professionals in field operations, which will allow me to get back ‘in the weeds’ while forming deeper connections with clients.”
In her new position, Ms. Zangl will offer the full suite of Partner services and leverage her expertise in environmental due diligence while expanding her involvement in construction services and geotechnical projects, areas where she has recently focused her professional development.
