Patrick Coyne has joined Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) as a Principal and Executive Director, and as a key player on both the executive and sales management teams to help drive sales. In his new role at Partner, Coyne will utilize his experience to assist the sales team in maximizing the adoption of SiteLynx, Partner’s unique client software as a service (SAAS) that offers the delivery of a streamlined and efficient ordering process, portfolio management, and analytics solutions.
“We are extremely excited to have Pat on board and eager to support his advancement of SiteLynx as a valued organizational, planning, and execution tool for our clients,” says Bob Geiger, Chief Revenue Officer at Partner.
Coyne has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) due diligence industry and over 10 years selling data and software solutions to environmental consultants, engineers, CRE lenders, insurance companies, law firms, and more. His background includes leading a best-in-class sales team that transitioned from selling core data services to selling SAAS solutions, bringing more value to clients, and driving revenue per account.
As the Vice President of Sales at EDR (now LightBox), a firm that provides data and workflow tools to clients to assist in property due diligence and compliance, Coyne created processes and structures in the sales organization and hired and managed an industry-leading team of inside and outside sales representatives. Coyne was a part of the executive team that eventually brought the company up for sale. After LightBox acquired EDR, Coyne continued on in leadership roles in Sales and Marketing at Lightbox, which is now a leader in the commercial real estate information and technology platform industry.
Partner’s rapid growth and emphasis on being client-centric and culture-forward is what drew Coyne to Partner. On joining Partner, he said, “I am extremely excited to be a part of this team. We are bringing new, differentiating technology to Partner’s clients, enhancing how they order, experience, and analyze the industry’s leading suite of engineering, environmental, construction, energy, and valuation services.”
Coyne earned his B.S. in Environmental Science from Allegheny College and his MBA with a focus on Information Technology/Information Systems from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.
