With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management and acquisition due diligence, Mr. Harrell leverages his background to guide his commercial real estate clients in due diligence. Based in Orange County and servicing clients nationwide, Mr. Harrell is a noteworthy addition to Partner’s relationship management team.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Harrell spent many years at Passco Companies LLC, a national real estate investment firm, first in asset management and later running acquisition due diligence. During this time he developed a keen understanding of critical risk management strategies and asset optimization measures to vet and maximize real estate investments. He then translated his client-side experience to providing 3rd party due diligence consulting at a national due diligence provider.
At Partner, Mr. Harrell now works with institutional investors, management companies, large national developers, and boutique regional developers. Notable clients include Passco Companies LLC, Shorenstein, Pacific Urban Residential, IRA Capital, Adler Development, and many more. Utilizing his extensive background in due diligence and asset management, Mr. Harrell focuses on providing consulting for acquisitions, investment management, in-house counsel, outside counsel, joint venture partners, and real estate brokers to help identify, quantify, or resolve issues impacting investment returns early on. Mr. Harrell is also passionate about helping real estate owners reduce operating costs and increase rents by implementing technology enhancements at their properties.
