SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) has been ranked as the top service provider of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) by volume in Utah for the third quarter of 2014 by Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) ScoreKeeper – the nationwide market monitor for the environmental due diligence industry. Partner was also ranked as the top provider nationally.
From its Salt Lake City office, Partner performed 15% of the Phase I ESAs in Utah, which is more than the number of assessments performed by the second- and third-ranked firm combined. Compared to the third-quarter of 2013, Partner more than doubled the number of transactions it supported in Utah.

Partner was also ranked number 1 by ESAs performed nationally, and in the following individual states: California, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Texas, and Washington.
