Framingham, MA – January 2021 – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is pleased to welcome William Hopper as a Client Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the environmental due diligence, environmental assessment and remediation industries, Mr. Hopper has managed and developed environmental due diligence programs, conducted environmental field investigations, operated and maintained of soil and groundwater remediation systems, and landfill monitoring. Based in Massachusetts and serving clients throughout the New England area, Mr. Hopper is a key hire for the Northeastern region.

Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Hopper spent many years working for a full-service environmental consulting firm, where he gained his technical chops for over 10 years before moving into a program development and client management role. He has a thorough understanding of state and local environmental rules and regulations, and has extensive experience conducting American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I’s and Phase II’s, transaction screens, preliminary and comprehensive response actions including the removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), performing emergency response actions, and performing compliance activities at gasoline service stations throughout New England. In his program development and client management role, Mr. Hopper was able to build a $1MM due diligence practice in addition to the conventional consulting business.
At Partner, Mr. Hopper will be concentrating on the banking industry as well as developers and property managers. “I am excited to grow the Partner brand in the New England market and to be able to offer the full suite of Partner services to my clients”, said Mr. Hopper.
