Partner conducted in-depth equity-level environmental and engineering assessments for a 1,230-room 5-star hotel sitting on a 2.4-acre parcel. The property consists of two 39-story concrete-framed towers and a three-story podium with atrium/lobby, restaurants and retail suites, as well as an additional multi-story structure which is home to the hotel’s banquet facilities and parking decks.
More comprehensive than a conventional Property Condition Assessment, Partner conducted an equity-level PCA, which includes an enhanced analysis of the physical improvements. An equity-level PCA comprises an expanded engineering scope of work, which will provide you with added information necessary for a greater understanding of the asset under consideration.
Additionally, Partner provided specialty evaluations to go beyond basic accounting and general condition of systems and equipment present. These additional specialty evaluations included energy audits, Microbial Influenced Corrosion (MIC) testing, kitchen and laundry equipment, more detailed accessibility evaluations, etc.
