Partner provided site engineering and regulatory entitlement services for a 64,000 SF Theater and Performing Arts Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. The project included the renovation of a vacant middle school building structure into a new walkable community center facility including a 125-seat theater, a learning center, and an art/sculptor museum. The primary objectives of this project design were to creatively utilize the existing building space while providing sufficient onsite parking within a constrained urban setting. Partner staff worked interactively with the project architect and Theater Company Development Manager to prepare documents needed to obtain Local, County, and State approvals.
