Xebec Realty Partners engaged Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. to perform a Construction Defects Assessment Report of its Southport Parkway Office Warehouse Buildings in Wilmer, Texas, as part of the property’s one-year workmanship warranty review. The purpose of this assessment was to identify construction-related deficiencies or material defects that developed within the first year of occupancy and to support the client in enforcing the terms of the general contractor’s warranty.
Partner conducted a detailed site inspection of both buildings, totaling more than 2.1 million square feet, to evaluate the condition and performance of building materials, finishes, and systems. Observed deficiencies were documented with narrative descriptions, photographs, and prioritized recommendations for repair or remediation.
